Administrators can assign roles directly to individual users or user groups using the Yeedu UI. To begin, navigate to Yeedu → Access Management, where all users, groups, and their associated roles are displayed in a single, centralized location.
Within the Access Management section, Yeedu provides dedicated tabs for managing different role categories — such as Platform Admin Roles and Tenant Roles. Each tab enables administrators to control access precisely at the required hierarchy level:
To assign a role, the administrator navigates to the relevant tab (Platform Admin or Tenant Roles), selects the user(s) or group(s) requiring access, and saves the changes.
